How to Boil Eggs How many of you ever wondered why it is nearly impossible to peel a farm fresh egg.. NOW as with everything else help has been found on the internet.. Can you imagine..I have for years had fits because i could not peel a fresh egg to have it still resemble an actual egg. Deviled eggs were an embarrassing display of my culinary arts. about the only thing they were good for when i was finished was egg salad..
I am shocked at the advice this site gives, "DO NOT USE FRESH EGGS"" what??? And believe it or not, when i started using older eggs, things started getting better !!! This site had a few extra idea to help make beautiful boiled eggs,, yes even beautiful farm raised eggs.
