So you take about a dozen cobs and put them in a stock pot, cover with water, you may have to hold the cobs down as they will float.. bring to a biol and let boil for about 20-30 minutes..take cobs out and discard them. then use a cheese cloth and strain the remaining juice. Should be enough to make 3 batches, we used the recipe on the box of pectin box, for grape jelly..
5 cups of corn cob juice
1 box of pectin
1/8 cup lemon juice ( dh idea)
6 cups of white sugar
take the 5 cups of juice in a 6 or 8 quart sauce pan, add box of pectin and lemon juice (optional), bring to a boil, then add the 6 cups of white granulated sugar. Bring to a boil again, boil for 3 minutes.

Hubby used frozen concentrate, and you can use any kind of concentrate juice, mix the juice up as you would normall, 3 cans of water and one frozen juice concentrate .. then he fallowed the recipe in the box of pectin
